An Engineering consultant, Registered Expert Witness in all the courts of UAE, Registered and Accredited Mediator (MOJ -UAE and CEDR), and Qualified Arbitrator (MCiarb) , in the field of mechanical engineering and O&G projects, former projects /construction manager. I bring with me more than 28 years of professional experience, landed in the UAE in Feb 2003.
I started practicing engineering expertise in the judicial authorities in the United Arab Emirates and evaluation companies from Q2-2018. During that period, I Produced more than 500 technical Expert Witness report, Assigned by the court, or as an independent consultant/ Ex-pert in various Cases, both Litigation and Arbitration. I succeeded in resolving the dispute consensually in 25 of them.
Very well trained Accredited on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods such as: Arbitration, Mediation, and Adjudication.
At the beginning of my career, since 1993, (2 years before graduation) I spent about 5 years in the field of marketing and mechanical maintenance, and then followed by more than 22 years in the oil and gas industry in the management of offshore and onshore O&G pro-jects and construction (Both Green Field and Brownfield). During that period, I carried the hat of the Company Man (client), contractor and consultant; I also worked Onboard various types of marine units, marine barges, and onshore/offshore drilling rigs.
