Dr. Osama Ellian has an extensive experience of @ 40 years in various engineering tasks and Maritime applications covering governmental, private and international organizations.His Practical professional experience covers a wide range of engineering fields, Site & Managerial duties and tasks including Marine Engineering Surveyor, Inspector and Expert engineering evaluation, assessment, supervision, project management, and supervision of new constructions, retrofits, modifications and conversions of existing asset facilities, repair and providing consulting and advisory works for all types of Maritime Assets:Ships, oil and gas offshore, with special focal authorizations for Naval/warships, yachts, gas carriers, bulk carriers, oil tankers, port facilities, mechanical equipment, boilers, pressure vessels, marine cranes, workshops, electrical equipment, and other industrial facilities and complexes. Academic Qualifications:

PhD degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Port Said University, Egypt, 2017. He studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in Alexandria University, Egypt (B.Sc., 1985, and M.Sc., 1991). Completed a Postgraduate Scholarship and Internship Program in Ocean Engineering at Texas A & M University, USA (1992) and Internship Program until 1995.
