In 1992, Dr. Ajoul established MLA, a leading firm in audit, accounting, tax, and financial services in the UAE.
He holds qualifications such as Arabic Certified Public Accountant, Certified Islamic Professional Accountant, and Emirates Certified Public Accountant. He also earned a Master’s in Business Administration, certificates in Team Leading Management, and Family Business Advising, and Family Wealth Advising.
Dr. Ajoul is registered as an Authorized Accountant and Auditor in Dubai and the Ministry of Economy – UAE, and is a certified Tax Agent in the Federal Tax Authority. He has extensive experience as a senior Accounting and Banking Expert and a Bankruptcy Trustee having handled numerous court-appointed expert cases, consultancy reports, liquidation, arbitration, and bankruptcy cases across various domains.
He is affiliated with professional organizations including the Accountants and Auditors Association in the UAE, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), among others. Dr. Ajoul serves as an accredited arbitrator at international arbitration centres.
